We cannot guarantee a specific car model although we always try to match your preference should you express one. Reservations are accepted by phone, fax or e-mail or through the website. Renter shall have a valid passport and an acceptable driver license to rent a vehicle from Rent a car Georgia.\r\n\r\nRent a car Georgia working days and working hours\r\nMonday \u2013 Friday 10:00 \u2013 19:00\r\nSaturday 11:00 \u2013 17:00\r\nSunday \u2013 Free Day\r\n\r\nThe minimum vehicle rental period is 24 hours. There is no maximum limit for vehicle rental. The 24-hour Rental Day begins from the moment the vehicle is picked up by the customer.\r\n\r\n<strong>Driver&#8217;s quialufications<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAll drivers must be at least 23 years of age with a minimum of three year driving experience.\r\n\r\nAn additional driver may be authorized by Rent a car Georgia Personnel for an additional fee of 10 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) per day, but not more than 70 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) for the entire rental period per each driver. However, in the case that the rented vehicle is driven by an additional driver, the Renter remains responsible for all rental related expenses. Any Renter under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot be authorized for vehicle rental. Alternatively, we may offer our chauffeur service upon availability\r\nRates\r\n\r\nAll Rental Rates include taxes, vehicle maintenance for the entire rental period (excluding car wash and refueling expenses), CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection) and Third Party Liability Insurance with coverage up to 5000 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) per occurrence. Rental Rates may also include additional services. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.\r\n\r\n<strong>Pick up and Return of the vehicle<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAll vehicles are provided to a customer in clean condition, with full tank of petrol and shall be returned clean and with full tank of petrol.\r\n\r\nAdditional fee of 15 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) will apply if the returned vehicle is not clean.\r\n\r\nIf the vehicle is not returned with full tank of petrol, Renter will be charged for a refueling service of 2 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari)\/per liter. Please not that this is not a sale of petrol.\r\n\r\nAll rentals with pick up and drop off at the airport must be requested in advance. A Location Service Charge (LSC) of 25 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) will apply to all rentals with pick-up or drop off at the Zvartnots Airport.\r\n\r\nAdditional fee of 20 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) will apply to all rentals with pick up or return at non working days\/hours at Downtown office and they shall be requested in advance.\r\n\r\nCollection and delivery of the vehicle from\/to a different location shall be requested in advance.\r\n\r\nAdditional fee of 20 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) will apply for collection and delivery within the limits of Tbilisi.\r\n\r\nAdditional fee of 0.80 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) per kilometer will apply for collection and delivery of the vehicle outside Yerevan.\r\nLiability of Renter\r\n\r\nIn case of damage or loss to the Rent a car Georgia vehicle, its parts and accessories, theft, attempted theft or vandalism, and in case of fire, breakage of glass, the Renter, even without being at fault, is fully liable. The Renter is fully liable for all infringements committed while in possession of the vehicle.\r\n\r\n<strong>Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThis option limits your financial liability for damage to the Rent a car Georgia vehicle, its parts and accessories, except theft, attempted theft or vandalism, if the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.\r\n\r\nCDW Non-Waivable Excess. All rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess in amount of 5000 USD. This option is obligatory and cannot be rejected.\r\n\r\n<strong>Theft Protection (TP)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThis option limits your financial liability for loss or theft of the Rent a car Georgia vehicle, its parts and accessories, if the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. TP is a non-waivable excess. All rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, in amount of 5000 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) including taxes. This option is obligatory and cannot be rejected.\r\n\r\n<strong>Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThis kind of insurance is already included in rates and covers sum of up to 2000 USD (in equivalence with Georgian Lari) per accident for each person in the rented Rent a car Georgia vehicle in case of primary disability or death.\r\n\r\nIf the accident has happened (any accident or damage, physical or material damage is caused to other persons while using the vehicle, loss or theft of the rented vehicle or its parts, stealing, robbery, plunder ) the lessee must call Police immediately (phone number &#8220;122&#8221;) and inform the representative of lessor. The lessee should present lessor office the official accident report from the police about accident within 24 hours. Otherwise the lessee is fully liable for the vehicle damages.\r\nIf the damage of the motor, gearshifts, chassis, bridges or tires or any other damage of the Lessor&#8217;s property are caused by the negligence of the Lessee and not connected with the traffic incident, Lessee is takes all financial responsibility which will be calculated by the Lessor and Lessee is obliged to pay the additional sum.\r\nLessee is fully liable for vehicle damage and traffic incident if the Lessee was driving under alcoholic or narcotic influence.\r\n\r\n<strong>Driving Restrictions<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDriving outside Georgia is allowed only upon the prior written permission by authorized Rent a car Georgia personnel only.
